TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT
Versatile and Efficient Green Sand Molding
At our plant, we perform green sand molding using three different technologies, allowing us to manufacture parts ranging from 0.5 kg to 200 kg. This capability gives us high versatility to adapt to the specific needs of your business.
- SINTO FBO IV: Box size 20" x 28" x 16"
- AT600: Box size 20" x 24" x 14"
Box size: 14" x 18" x 12"
Parts up to 200 kg
- 4 stations for shell sand cores
- 4 stations for CO₂ cores
- 2 automatic lines with a capacity of 96 molds each 96 molds each


CONTINUITY
Melting
We have 2 induction furnaces with an installed capacity of up to 300 tons per monthThis allows us to guarantee continuity in production and quick response to our customers' requirements.
